General requirements: - Illinois Drivers License - Reliable, responsive and professional - Self starter, confident problem solving and working alone Skill requirements: - Experience with all aspects of residential snow removal We're offering $20 Per Hour for Crew Leader's (must have own vehicle) and $16 per hour for Crew Members.
