Maintenance/Reconditioning Tech for an apartment community in southwest Fort Wayne. Full Time, Benefits. Monday-Friday 8-4:30, rotating on call service and Saturdays, once trained. Applicants should have knowledge in electrical, plumbing and appliance maintenance; HVAC knowledge is a plus. Maintenance duties include performing work in occupied apartments, making ready vacant apartments, and maintaining the cleanliness of the property. Physical Requirements: Heavy lifting, ladder work, snow shoveling, use of some chemicals. HR requirements: Criminal Background Check, Drug Test, Direct Payroll Deposit. Employer participates in E-verify. Must have reliable personal vehicle and valid driver license. Starting pay $15.00 per hour; wage negotiable depending on experience.
