Hello Lincoln StarTran bus riders. A man in a wheelchair was seriously injured when a StarTran bus driver slammed on the brakes causing the man to be propelled forward and sustaining a fractured leg. I am looking for someone who may have been on the bus that day to speak with. There were many people on the bus that day. This incident occurred on May 21, 2018 on route #53 at or near the intersection of Randolph and Capital Parkway (near Lincoln High School). I would like to speak with all passengers who remembers this incident. The bus was stopped and the injured man attended to so this should spark a memory if you were on the bus. Please tell fellow riders we are looking for witnesses on the driver's conduct that day - as I know everyone does not read Craigslist. Thank you Lincoln.
