Looking for a GREAT local Call of Duty player and streamer

I'm starting a company and am in need of a few video game streamers. Must be well versed in youtube, twitch, and other streaming platforms and tools. I'm looking for someone who has a dynamic, hilarious on-air personality, engages well with the audience, *preferably* plays a variety of competitive games such as Call of Duty, Super Smash Bros, Street Fighter, etc. If you don't know how to play all of those games, that's fine - still reach out to me. The job will be to play in, but mostly host esports tournaments in various locations. The goal is to build a great following with the content we will provide as an unlimited resource of players aiming to be the best. You will become the Streaming Subject Matter Expert for this organization. Pay will be determined and should increase as you grow the audience. We will pay for ads or media to improve the following.
