BALTIMORE, MD — Authorities are trying to find a Baltimore man who disappeared Wednesday morning. Glenwood Howard, 24, was last seen around 6:45 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 3. At the time, he was wearing a faded gray jacket and blue jeans in the 2500 block of Rolling Road, police said. Have you seen Glenwood Howard?
