Starting at 15.00 per hour Job Responsibilities • Meet and assist the retail guest promptly • Accurately price parts and accessories • Stock incoming inventory in the correct location • Maintain the parts department in a clean and orderly manner • Provide customers with needed information and offer additional sales opportunities • Create and maintain merchandising display to promote product sales • Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty • Ability to stay current on product and services offered by Bretz RV & Marine • New & Used RV and Boat orientations with customers Education and Experience Requirements • Previous experience in retail, parts, or accessories of any type is helpful, but not required. (This position can be considered entry-level sales) • We provide robust on-site training giving you the best opportunity to make a positive impact right away • Successful personnel possesses the following: • Good, positive attitude • Works well as an individual and as part of a team • Demonstrates flexibility and patience when faced with a variety of people and personalities.
