Job Duties: Water Damage Mitigation + Mold Remediation Smoke Cleanup Minor Demolition Janitorial Deep Cleaning Contents Packing and Identification Prepare areas for equipment staging and manipulation Perform production processes, following SERVPRO® production guidelines Requirements: Strong Customer Service skills and Communication skills Ability to self-motivate and follow instructions Positive Attitude On-Call Required Problem Solving Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred IICRC certifications preferred but not required SERVPRO® uniform policy required Able to wear PPE – Tyvek suites/ Respirators/ Gloves and Etc. Must follow safety protocols Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law ***Signing Bonus for Technician with industry experience of 2+ years***
