Company Description: Ercanbrack Siding Specialist is a siding company based out of Santa Cruz that completes siding work in, Santa Cruz County, and Santa Clara County,. Our company installs quality siding to new construction and to remodeled homes and we are looking for a new member to join our team. We specialize in James Hardie siding and Steel siding but also install a variety of wood to the specifications of the homeowners. Laborer $17-$25 depending on experience. Job description: The Laborer will work with a Siding Installer at all jobs and will be asked to perform duties such as Removing old or existing siding Installing housewrap Measuring and cutting siding Painting when necessary Proper installation of window flashing Maintaining and cleaning the job site Occasional installation of siding Maintaining health and safety protocols (gone over at time of hiring) Laborer MUST have reliable transportation to and from jobs, undergo a criminal background check, and have their own hand tools*. Siding Installer (Journeyman) $25 -$40 based on experience Job Description: Siding Installer will be the lead laborer at the job and will perform duties such as: Oversight of laborer Removing old or existing siding Installing housewrap Proper installation of window flashing Correctly installing siding Painting when necessary Maintaining health and safety protocols (gone over at time of hiring) Siding Installer MUST have reliable transportation to and from jobs, undergo a criminal background check, and have their own hand tools*. If you supply your own work truck and power tools it will be positively reflected in your hourly wage. *Hand tools include tool belt, tape measure, screw driver, utility knife, hammer, pencil, square, snips, and chalk line.
