Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently operate a Komatsu front end loader and/or an Excavator with a thumb attachment; - Complete daily maintenance tasks on the equipment; - Complete the daily tasks as directed by the supervisor in a cooperative and consistent manner; - Understand the operations as a whole to make the best decisions and problem solve that will best benefit the company; - Continue being open for training, coaching, and improvement; - Communicate clearly to coworkers and supervisors; - Follow all safety policies and perform in a way that minimizes risks Qualifications: - 2 years of loader or excavator experience - Drug free - Availability Mon-Fri 6:00am - 5:00pm - Strong work ethic and ownership mentality Salary and Benefits: - Our operators average well over 55 hours on a weekly bases and overtime is paid at 1.5x regular rate after 40 hours. Since the equipment operates on concrete, weather is not a factor in scheduling. For this position, the starting hourly pay can range from $16 to $20 / hr ($24 - $30 / hr overtime). This equates to about $1000 - $1250 per week.
