Rainey Property Management is the leading manager of homes in Arkansas. We manage more than 700 properties. We are looking for help checking on and inspecting our properties. You will use a company cell phone to video every property you visit. We need professional videos showing the state of the properties. Our owners rely on these videos to see the condition of their investments. This position will require you to be out in the field Monday - Friday afternoons to evenings or weekends could be discussed with Management. Other duties are(but not limited to): setting and picking up signs in yards, setting and picking up lockboxes, checking on vacant properties, checking on occupied properties, checking on reports of damages to properties, meeting a utility company at a property, meeting a Housing inspector at a property, obtaining keys for new properties, and being available to open a property for potential tenants. We can provide a company vehicle for you to use while working afternoons, evenings, and weekends. You will need to drive your own vehicle any other time and get paid mileage. We will provide a GPS unit. You will need to have a good driving record. If driving your own vehicle, you are required to have $500,000 total coverage insurance in place.
