Description

Let go of stress within and without while enjoying a landscape of sonic possibility. About this Event The internal dialogue can not only be loud, it can be suffocating. With everything going on in the world, there's one commonality between all of us - we are having an experience of a lifetime. No matter your experience, sound is the common denominator. Sound has been utilized in various cultures for thousands of years as a tool for healing. Whether through the use of drums or crystal singing bowls, chimes, and voice, these various techniques all have the same intention: to move us from a place of imbalance to a place of balance. This event is about healing and interrupting that internal dialogue and the behaviors that no longer serve you. If you're blocked, let's push through that barrier; If you're feeling internal heaviness and stress, our Sound Bath can lift you into peacefulness; If you're feeling unclear and exhausted we are here to help clear the clutter and energize you into a space of creation. Sound helps to facilitate shifts in our brainwave state by using entrainment. Entrainment synchronizes our fluctuating brainwaves by providing a stable frequency which the brainwave can attune to. By using rhythm and frequency, we can entrain our brainwaves and it then becomes possible to down-shift our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), and even reach theta (meditative state) and delta (sleep; where internal healing can occur). This same concept is utilized in meditation by regulating the breath, and with sound, it's the frequency that is the agent that influences the shift. During this hour and a half sound bath, KelliAnna will walk you through how to ground yourself and be powerful and connected. Aligning everyone in the room to new frequencies.
