Remodeling Crew Member - No experience Necessary $150 - $300 per day

Looking for a hard working and dependable person to work on 2-3 man crew in the window installation industry. No experience necessary - will train the right person. You will be making piece rate (per window installed by entire crew - average of 10- 20 windows per day). As opposed to hourly which means the more we get done the more you make no matter how long it takes. Most days average 2 windows per hour which means on average the lowest pay level will make 20 per hour. And the highest makes about 40 per hour. Per window pay will depend on level of experience and will range from $12 - 20 per window installed. This means that if the crew installs 20 windows, each person on the crew is paid for installing 20 windows. All work is residential remodeling, meaning that proper clothing and etiquette while working in someone’s home is required. Must be comfortable working on extension ladders and in the outdoor elements. Must have valid drivers license, your own dependable vehicle. Tardiness and call offs are unacceptable and will be an automatic termination in the first 90 days.
