This company has earned their great reputation by producing the highest quality kayak paddles in the world! All of the items are handcrafted in Washington State, with each design built to the highest standard. These positions are full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities where you will receive training on everything you need to do! This is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team. Production Associate duties: • Meet daily production quantities • Place molds into press and monitor cycles • Quality inspection • Basic hand tool use Someone who has high attention to detail would thrive in this role! They have implemented various safety measures in their facility to protect their employees from Covid19: • Providing masks to all employees (you may also bring your own) • Providing gloves for all employees to wear • Temperature checking any guests or visitors before they enter the building Production Associate Qualifications: • Experience using hand tools and reading a tape measure a plus • Able to follow specific work instructions, documentation and training for the process • Comfortable standing for 8+hours Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:45pm - 11:15pm Pay: $16.00 + Depending on Department Paid every Friday!
