Material Handler duties include: • Monitoring conveyor lines • Sorting recycling into bins These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions. Union benefits provided upon hire by employer to a long-term employee. Here are some of the safety measures they have in place to help protect their employees: • All employees are following CDC guidelines, including social distancing and wearing masks • Work gloves, face masks, face shield, and protective eye wear is provided and required of each employee • Daily sanitation of equipment and facility Material Handler Requirements: • Steel-toed boots (Available for purchase in the TERRA Staffing Group office) • Comfortable being on your feet for the entire shift Pay: $14/hour (You will get paid weekly, every Friday.) Schedule: Work a guaranteed 40 hours each week! No weekend work! • First shift: Monday - Friday, 4:00am - 12:30pm • Second Shift: Monday - Friday, 1:00pm - 9:30pm Benefits upon conversion: • PTO and holiday pay • Medical, vision, dental • 401(k) • Maternity and Paternity leave • And more!
