COVID-19 (2nd Dose) Drive-thru Vaccination Clinic On February 17th, we will administer the 2nd Moderna vaccine dose to those individuals that were served on January 20th at the Golden Plains Speciality Clinic. You MUST bring your COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card and you will need to complete the appropriate consent forms. We will not be asking for your insurance card on this visit. Arrive at the same location as before at your prescribed appointment time and please stay in your car.
