MORRISTOWN, NJ — Morristown still has some plowing to do. The town won't allow parking on any of the following streets because of snow removal: Wednesday evening Central Business District South St from James St both sides heading to the green ( first block of Elm from Franklin ) / first block of Madison St. Washington St. from Cattano (both sides heading to the Green) Market St from Maple (both sides to the Green Speedwell Ave (both sides from Spring St to the Green) Thursday, during the day LakesideLogan Pocahontas Orchard Vail Kinney Anderson Thompson Speedwell Pl. Henry Cleveland Grant Columba Bellevue Harrison Morton The town will regularly update the schedule on its website, and it's subject to change. Much of Morris County received more than 2 feet of snow during this week's nor'easter. Mount Arlington tops the National Weather Service's list for snowfall at 35.1 inches as of 6:58 p.m. Tuesday. Morristown extended parking-garage availability until 8 a.m. Thursday for residents who park on-street and/or have on-street parking permits.
