We offer the right Candidate: Great company atmosphereFantastic benefits which include medical, dental and vision plansA fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in the credit union/banking industryCompetitive SalaryGenerous paid time off and holidaysBonuses and incentives Responsibilities: Take incoming calls in a high-volume call center environment.Provide outstanding member service to all members with a strong emphasis on sales and referrals.Provide the members with service and information in a pleasant, professional manner via phone and email.Resolve member issues and problems in a timely manner, which may include and loans.Sell additional service by up-selling accounts, loans and other products.Obtain department goals by reaching call volume.Identify and correct member account issues.Cross sells ECU products and services.Handle member questions and concerns professionally.Provide a great experience to each and every member.Understanding of credit union operations.Provide suggestions for improving department and credit union operations.Learn and continually improve as a Call Center Representative.Follow credit union policies and procedures.Staying current on credit union products and services and upselling. Qualifications: High School degree preferred.Call Center experience preferred.Exceptional communication skills.Organized and time management skills.2+ years Credit Union or Banking a plus.Ability to operate computers and business equipment.Dependability is a MUST.Positive attitude.Good math skillsBilingual in Spanish is a plus. Schedule: Available Monday thru Friday 8:45 to 5:15 (Friday 6:15).Saturday’s 8:45 am to 12:45 pm
