Dunham began her career as an officer and earned her way up the ladder holding various command and leadership positions including Field Training Officer, Police Instructor, Criminal Investigations, and Internal Affairs Commander, along with Corporal, Sergeant, Captain, Major, Assistant Chief, and Chief during her tenure at the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA). Chief Wanda Y. Dunham was named as one of the country’s Most Powerful and Influential Law and Justice Award winners and is an exciting person to watch in the world of law enforcement leadership with a stellar career that spans over 30 years. **Please note: The book signing will be held in the Decatur Conference Center.
