PHILADELPHIA — A man was shot Tuesday night while shoveling snow in Philadelphia. According to Action News, the shooting occurred at about 6 p.m. Tuesday outside a laundromat on the 300 block of West Allegheny Avenue. The outlet reports the victim was shot after getting into an argument with the gunman. He was shot in the legs and arms but is in stable condition.
