**We are following CDC guidelines. In addition, each employee completes a daily health screen and voluntary COVID-19 tests. Disinfectants, sanitizers, and masks are provided. Monitoring of child care homes is also occurring remotely via Zoom. POSITION: PROGRAM CONSULTANT (BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH REQUIRED) PROGRAM: CHILD AND ADULT CARE FOOD PROGRAM (CACFP) A PROGRAM OF COMMUNITY BRIDGES Community Bridges envisions a thriving community where every person has the opportunity to unleash their full potential. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Under the general supervision of the Program Director, provides technical, educational, interpretive, advocacy, and office support in all functions of the Child and Adult Care Food Program; performs related work as required. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid California Driver's License, have use of a reliable motor vehicle to conduct site visits, and be insured (will need to submit DMV K-4 Driving Record upon hire).Must be able to work at a computer for full workdays; some routine lifting and reaching requirements with home visits and workshops.Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Bilingual English/Spanish required.Must pass a criminal background check and maintain a clean record.RATE OF PAY & HOURS: This is a regular, non-exempt, 40 hr/wk position. This position is typically Monday through Friday but will be required to occasionally work evenings and/or weekends for program workshops and trainings. The position requires the employee to work on and offsite as needed. The agency rate of pay range for this position is $15.08-$20.62/ hour. The position will be offered from $15.08-$17.07/hour, depending on education and experience (plus a .40 per hour bilingual differential after passing a test administered by the HR department). BENEFITS: For employee: shared cost medical, dental, vision, life insurance, & Employee Assistance Program. This benefit package is valued at $9,963/year. First year: 16 vacation days and 10 holidays, with accrual based on 40 hr/wk. Sick leave: Eight hours/month, with accrual based on 40 hr/wk. May be eligible for up to 4 Wellness Floaters per year after satisfying all eligibility requirements. 401(k) Retirement Plan: Agency matches employee contribution up to 4% of annual salary upon completion of six-month employment, effective during open enrollment periodFlexible Spending Account (FSA).Dependent Care Reimbursement Program.Paid lunch.
