Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is part of The Brewer Companies, providing plumbing services to new construction, commercial and residential customers. Benjamin Franklin is currently seeking individuals that would like to learn and achieve a career as a Residential Service Technician. The apprenticeship program is about 4 to 6 weeks in a classroom environment where you will be learning about the company and communication skills with a customer. You will also begin the technical training that includes the use of tools, how plumbing works, water heater flush, the meaning and understanding of a house plumbing inspection and maintenance. Over time you will work with senior techs to experience hands-on training and learn on the job. You will experience approximately a 2 year, apprenticeship, working your way up through 5-levels to become a demand Service Technician.
