General Laborer Needed Delaware Labor Resources Inc. Delaware Labor Resources (DLR) partners with residential property management companies to handle general labor needs and prepare rental properties for their next tenant. We are looking for responsible and dependable individuals to join our team. Qualifications: While previous experience in maintenance or one of the trades is preferable, it is not required. However, you must be able to work well with others in a team setting. Compensation: Starting pay is $15 per hour. Overtime is available Paid-time-off, paid vacations, and paid holidays are awarded at monthly intervals Hours and Location: Work hours are from 8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday Most work is located in Bear, DE and Wilmington, DE Duties: Carpet tear-out Apartment/Townhome turn Furniture moving Appliance Delivery and Removal Dumpster Clean-up Trash Clean-up Gutter Cleaning Trash-outs Residential Demo Snow Removal Light Plumbing Work Light Electrical Work
