All Covid19 prevention regulations are observed. Ultimate Sound Bath with Crystal Bowls & Reiki Meditation workshop. The collective at The Gesture Group is inspired to produce meaningful activities for our community. Secure your invitation to our in-person, hands off, instructional workshop with Ray Garcia, a Reiki Practitioner & Yoga Instructor guiding us in a 60 minute Sound Bath meditation with Crystal Bowls. During this workshop, you will be setting your intention & focusing on rhythm, amplitude & depth of breath. This Reiki practice will primarily focus on the heart chakra. This is an open workshop for all skill levels and happy to accept donations if you are in a position to give. We accept cash, PayPal, Venmo or CashApp. The Gesture Group is a Creative Event Production Agency focused on creating impact in our community. ❤️What is the heart chakra?The heart chakra, or Anahata, is located in the center of your chest, near your heart. It comes as no surprise that the heart chakra is all about our ability to love and show compassion.In Sanskrit, the word “chakra” means “disk” or “wheel” and refers to the energy centers in your body. These wheels or disks of spinning energy each correspond to certain nerve bundles and major organs. To function at their best, your chakras need to stay open, or balanced. If they get blocked, you may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to a particular chakra. There are seven main chakras that run along your spine. They start at the root, or base, of your spine and extend to the crown of your head. Each energy centre has unique aspects and corresponds with specific tones of the musical scale. Keeping these centres in balance results in health and harmony. There are 7 main chakras with the corresponding crystal singing bowl notes: ABOUT USRay Garcia, born and raised in California with a professional background at SpaceX. His fascination for the universe ultimately lead to his true calling, helping others in a self discovery of their own. In 2019, Ray took a leap of faith to help others and became a full time professional energy healer. Certified as a Yoga instructor at Kaya Yoga Remedy in Huntington Beach as well as a Certification in Usui/ Tibetan Reiki Master from Blossoming Lotus in Seal Beach. Through guided energy healing properties to others, allows Ray to assist his clients in becoming the best version of themselves, with meaningful purpose. Founder of The Gesture Group, Jessica Sternick, is intentional about building community of mental health advocates to provide resources and wellness activities in the community. Dedicated to bringing people together with over 17 years within Live Events in the Enterainment Industry, most recently was the North America Tour Manager for Nitro Circus, the worlds largest exreme sports compnay. Jessica is on a mission to uplift voices that need to be heard and create a place within The Gesture Group where this community thrives. The Gesture Group is a women-led, innovative and full service creative event production agency with a vision to bring communities closer together. In 2013, we started out in Music, Performing Arts and Entertainment in the heart of New York City with a mission to let our work and actions speak for themselves. Now transitioning into 2021 and staying true and dedicated to our vision, being a leader in how we bring people together in a safe space, is our top priority.  PARKING The parking lot has 36 spaces and will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Street parking is available as posted. Riding your bike, scooter, skateboard, skates or walking is strongly recommended.
