ELMHURST, IL — Patch submitted questionnaires to the three candidates running for a Ward 3 seat on the Elmhurst City Council in the April 6 election. The current alderman, Michael Bram, is running for mayor instead this year. The ward is in the city's northeast corner. Patch asked questions about city issues, Black Lives Matter and the pandemic.
