ELMHURST, IL — Patch submitted questionnaires to the two candidates running for a Ward 2 seat on the Elmhurst City Council in the April 6 election. Jacob Hill is defending the seat, to which he was appointed in December. It was long held by Norman Leader, who resigned in September. The ward is in the city's northwest corner.
