Dawson Technical: COVID-19 TESTING City Colleges of Chicago is providing on-site COVID-19 testing for students, faculty, and staff to complement a safe return to campus. Testing is being conducted by Northshore Clinical Labs based out of Chicago. Test Details: PCR - simple nasal swab testing.Results are reported within 24-48 hours of testing via email and phone.Please complete the provided requisition form and bring it with you for your testing day (available below).Participants must bring a completed consent form to the testing site (available below).Insured persons must bring their insurance card(s). There is no out-of-pocket expense (no co-pay).If you do not have insurance please provide a state-issued photo ID. If you do not have a state-issued ID you may provide your SSN on the requisition form. There is no out-of-pocket expense .Testing Days/Hours: Tuesdays from 8:00 a.m. -2:00 p.m.Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m - 5:30 p.mLocation: Dawson Technical - 1st floor adjacent to Room 101 (Security) Please adhere to social distancing guidelines while on campus and please wear masks while on the premises.
