Our mission is to help heal, rebuild and empower others with aims to help them rediscover themselves so they can live out their greatest potential to achieve their life goals. By providing and assisting them with Wellness and Empowerment coaching. Come Ready to be pushed into your next level of Greatness, Love, Prosperity, Peace, Gratitude and Joy! What will be your experience?? Connecting Emotionally with yourself~ Deliqua will engage you in a deeper look within yourself through fun conversation. Connecting Physically with yourself ~ Deliqua will coach you through Yoga with an emphasis on unblocking your chakras and healing. All yoga stretches will target your each chakras. Connecting Spiritually ~ Intentional Meditation , Deliqua will coach you through your affirmations and meditation experience for you to be able to connect deeper spiritually and mentally. You will learn how to make meditation work for you! Rediscover of self ~ Create your wellness and empowerment Vision Board this is where you put your vision of who you are and who you are becoming on your board. Dazzle it up let your creativity shine through your vision of yourself. Lunch & Wine will be served All basic supplies will be provided ( feel free to bring anything you need to bedazzled up your board Covid Precautions will be ENFORCED TEMPERATURES WILL BE TAKEN BEFORE ENTRY Leave the heels, dresses etc at home come comfortable in gym attire and sneakers ready to let your hair down. Bring a YOGA MAT Last year was great, BUT this year’s has been tweaked and more added value has been added !
