We need energetic and empathetic telephone professionals to join our team! Position Description: The successful candidate will be highly motivated and ready to handle inbound mortgage service calls from borrowers to assist in answering questions, resolving problems, collecting payments, reviewing for loss mitigation, etc. The ideal candidate will also have strong working knowledge of computer applications, great customer service skills, reliable, trustworthy, and eager to be a part of a growing organization.
