New Agent Orientation New Agent Orientation is this Wednesday, February 10th, from 9am - 5pm! This will be an all day class and it will be virtually through Zoom and live in the Team Room. All new agents are required to take NAO, we also encourage agents who have taken it in the past that needs a refresher, to sign up as well!
