Description

Mature male P. irminia. Last molt 1/06 or 1/07 (was in den) - but only came out for 2 days. Definitely not black anymore, virtually no orange on abdomen, much more fringe on the legs than previous instar - hooks suspected but not clearly visualized. The photos aren’t great because my spider room is very dark & I had to open the enclosure for the flash, which caused him to tense and then hide. Tried moving him to a brighter room for an afternoon & he hid again, hasn’t been out since. Psalmopoeus irminia are supposed to be an excellent starting point for collectors who want to learn to breed. $125 rehoming fee, $165 with established exo terra enclosure (nano tall that he’s been in for ~ 15 months) - still has the last molt in enclosure, if you care. Not interested in 50/50 breeding project, may consider trades but only for species I don’t have. Local pickup only, no shipping. No calls, please text. tarantula Venezuelan sun tiger suntiger spider inverts invertebrates
