Rehoming a 1yr old mixed breed

I am looking to rehome my dog to a loving home. He just turned 1year this month. He is a mixed breed, I’m unsure with what. He’s super loving and friendly with other dogs, people, and kids! Overall well trained. I’m only rehoming him due to living situations. I would like his new family to be able to offer him things that I currently can not, such as a backyard. I’m not in a hurry to re home him as I want to assure he goes to a good home that can care for him. I would also appreciate if his new owner could send me a picture occasionally.
