Essential Duties • Responsible for producing high-quality embroidered goods. • This position is responsible for running and maintaining the embroidery machines daily. • Interpret work orders and follow specific job instructions. Job duties to expect: • Maintain a high level of organization in workspace. • Record detailed notes on threads used for logo files. • Clean and maintain machinery on a daily basis. • Ability to communicate with team members. • Ability to prioritize jobs based on information provided and by asking questions. • Ability to maintain focus and multi-task in a fast paced environment. • Maintain punctual & regular attendance. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. • Experience with embroidery programs and software required. Barudan & Tajima machines preferred. • Experience in a production environment preferred. • Ability to walk and stand for an 8 hour shift. • Manual dexterity to grasp, pinch, and pull. • Lifting/carrying up to 30 lbs. may be required in order to meet daily requirements. • Screen Printing familiarity or experience a plus! • Full time position with seasonal variations.
