Already got a good diet and routine, need someone to be in charge. * You can either lift with me, or not. I'm more or less Intermediate level, and have pretty good endurance. Just need to be reprogrammed to hit this perfectly, every day. * Like fighting, MMA, Football, Martial Arts, etc?
