Requirements: • Exceptional attention to detail • Extensive experience cleaning commercial food & beverage environments with various types of specialized equipment and supplies • Experience using appropriate safety materials and processes for the appropriate disposal of all types of matter common in bars, restaurants and event venues • Positive spirit capable of creating systems and developing relationships in a fast-paced environment • Proven experience putting together systems and processes to keep cleaning organized, timely and consistent • Ability to perform heavy cleaning duties including the ability to lift at least 50 lbs, stand, bend, reach, climb ladders and stairs throughout the day, other physical demands including repetitive motion may be necessary • Assist in the supervision of all house and venue porters • Strong sense of organization • Strong commitment to guest services is a must! • Team player • Must work well with many different personalities Responsibilities: ● Assist in maintaining outstanding guest experience by ensuring a safe, clean and well-maintained environment in accordance with CDC, OSHA, state and federal guidelines throughout the venues at all times ● Sole responsibility for the successful operation of assigned venue locations ● Adhere to and maintain SOPs including Operational Standards & Purchase Order System ● Actively manage and communicate all spills, damages and hazards by removing the risk to others and informing management immediately ● Maintain supplies stock and inventory including preventative cleaning and maintenance of all machines ● Maintain and replace lightbulbs as needed ● Respond to emergencies as necessary Positions are part-time, on-site and we maintain strict COVID19 safety compliance on-site.
