Small size Condominium Association looking for a Custodian/Maintenance person. Job function include indoor and outdoor cleaning/maintenance. Exterior activity will require winter maintenance including walkway snow removal. (snowblower and some shoveling) All season gutter clean our. Interior activities will include general building cleaning, painting and light repairs. Further functions will be provided upon application. Applicant will work directly with the Board of Trustees. Applicant must be handy with electrical tool, saws building power washer and other tools.
Position offers approx. 6-12 hours weekly with additional hours as needed.
