New Castle Installs is looking for energetic, enthusiastic canvassers to help set up appointments for homeowners. We have a high level of integrity, and you should too! This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. We create a warm sales atmosphere and a low-pressure environment for canvassers and customers. We diligently train for success and reward our employees weekly, monthly and annually. We pay hourly, as well as a very competitive bonus program! $15.00 per hour PLUS (Not or) an accelerator bonus. If you are familiar with this industry and market you will quickly see our pay scale is far beyond the industry standard.
