Russell Speeders Car Wash Needs an Outside Janitor to keep our Parking Lot Clean and More! Full and Part Time We have a new position on our team for a Janitor to work outside on location at our car wash. You will perform a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks in our lot including keeping all outside supplies fully stocked for our customers. Responsibilities: General cleaning of outside parking lot Sweep up outside lot of litter. Stocking outside supplies for our customers Clean up spills with appropriate equipment. Perform minor repairs. Notify supervisor or manager of major repairs. Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision Keeping cleaning supplies in stock Requirements Ability to manage time efficiently. Maintains a high Level of visibility and sensitivity to the needs of our customers using our services Work well when supervisor or manager is not present. Personality Requirement: Engaging, social, pleasant, pro-active and with excellent, fluid, excellent communication skills. Bilingual a plus. Ability to lift 25 lbs. Handle all janitorial work outside in our parking lot. Able to work safely with variety of cleaning supplies. High School Diploma Compensation $ 12 hr.
