WANTED: Drummer and Guitar Player

The Fusion band Zone Seven of Columbus is looking for a permanent drummer and guitar player to join us for recordings and shows. We are in the midst of writing our debut album and need hardworking, talented, loyal people to take this journey with us. We have a record deal waiting as soon as we are prepared with our material, so if you are only interested in doing local bars and clubs for a few dollars and keeping your day job, you need not apply. We are a serious band preparing to explode on the international music scene. Formal rehearsals will be twice per week and all music will be forwarded to all members for private practice at your home. We believe that each member should learn the music and practice it at home, then come to rehearsal prepared to put what you have with the rest of the band. When we all do this properly, rehearsals are then shorter, smoother and far more productive. Auditions will be held via live chat over the phone or on FB Messenger all day Thursday and Friday til 9 p.m. If you are chosen to meet the band, please bring your instruments and a mask. We will have hand sanitizer available and practice social distancing. Band Rules: 1) Absolutely NO DRUGS allowed ever!!! While a little marijuana or cigarettes might be tolerated, we prefer "clean" people with no addictions. 2) No arguing or fighting. We welcome opinions and healthy debate, but insist on maintaining a level of respect among band members. The idea is to create a "Family" environment. 3) Loyalty to this band is an absolute REQUIREMENT. If you wish to play with or for other bands and do other gigs, then this is not the band for you. A band is a team and no team wins unless it is able to focus and work hard as a unit. Violation of this rule is grounds for automatic termination. 4) Must be on-time for rehearsals and gigs. Time is money and we cannot afford to waste either. 5) Band members will always be asked for input and opinions concerning the band, but all final decisions belong to management appointed by our record label, or Breeze, the band leader.
