I am looking for an apartment complex manager and handyman. You must live on site at the apartment complex and manage it and do handyman work around the property. You will be responsible for doing any necessary repairs tenants ask for at the property. You will also screen new tenants, and assist them with the move-in process. You must be customer oriented, have a clean background, and be able to get started by the end of this month. Computer knowledge and filling out paperwork is a must.
