Painting, lite construction, and cleaning of rental

I had a tenant move out and getting space cleaned up, fresh coat of paint, some fixing of holes, cleaning floors, etc... I want someone motivated and that can work independently. If you have never done any of the above please do not apply as you won't be able to work independently. I will pay cash when job is completed. Should be 4 or so days. Would like to start Monday depending on this next storm. email me your information.
