Immediate opening for an experienced crew leader. Must be familiar with maintenance and operation of crackseal and sealcoat equipment. The ideal candidate takes pride in: * Communicating with crew members and customers * Following and enforcing all company policies and OSHA regulations for a safe working environment * Maintaining a clean and organized jobsite * Completing assigned tasks * Knowledge and ability to direct crew to complete projects in a timely manner including site preparation, material application, opening site * Producing detailed, high quality work * Encouraging teamwork * Supporting company core values and mission statement * Desire to learn additional aspects of the company including signs, roadwork & striping Long hours, night work and some weekends will be required. Honesty, integrity and a commitment to do the right thing are critical. Clean driving record and valid driver license is required. OSHA 10 minimum, OSHA 30 preferred. Bilingual would be advantageous.
