STEADY EMPLOYMENT. Traveling is a must. We can work out giving you chunks of time off, however. Experience in commercial and residential roofing is highly preferred, as well as any other kinds of construction. SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS: - 3 years minimum carpentry experience is required - Proficient with installing various roof systems - Knowledge of framing, roofing, rain gutter, and fascia preferred - Take direction the first time - Implements feedback - Team player - Agile and athletic, comfortable on roofs and ladders - Ability to lift 50 lbs - Manuever 20 ft ladders in tight spaces - balance/lean over on roof edge - "Can-do" attitude - Efficient and will get the job done on schedule BASIC REQUIREMENTS: - Valid driver's license and good driving record - Can pass a drug test and a background check - No smoking or vaping on the job - Communicative Random drug tests will occur.
