A Rhode Island property management company based in Providence, RI has an immediate opening for a full-time maintenance position. We own and manage residential multi-family properties located throughout the Greater Providence Area and have been in business for 40+years. Job Responsibilities: - General Maintenance for Residential Apartment Buildings. - Perform basic Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC and Light Carpentry work. - Maintain common areas (Hallways, Laundry rooms, Grounds, Etc.) at various buildings / communities. - Completion and close-out of work orders on a timely basis. - Flexible Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM or 7:00Am to 3:30PM. Qualifications: - 5+ Years of Similar Experience - Valid RI Driver’s License. - Pass background criminal check. - Conduct yourself in a professional manner. Compensation: - Up to $25.00 Per Hour to begin Based on Experience. - Blue Cross / Blue Shield. - 401k Retirement Plan with Company Match. - Paid Vacation, Sick and Personal Days + 8 Paid Holidays.
