General Contractor Wanted for House Flips - Supply Materials & Labor

My wife and I flip houses. We might be purchasing another property soon (closing in 3 weeks) over off of White Bear Ave in St Paul. Regardless if we get the St Paul house or not we will be buying one soon. Some properties we will hold on to them and rent out. Most of the properties will be outdated or distressed. They usually need pretty extensive rehab. Kitchen, bathroom remodel. Add a bathroom, bedroom downstairs, etc etc. They won't be high end material rehabs. I do know you will not have to touch any flooring. I've been a flooring contractor for 20-plus years and I will take care of all flooring needs. Contractors license, insurance and references we do need. We are looking for someone to supply materials, use there own subs and do the work. My wife and I just need to focus on finding, purchasing and selling the properties, not involving ourselves with the work of fixing them up or trying to supply our own materials to pinch on the money. It's just not worth it for us. We are available all the time and on-site often, but it's full time work finding these houses. We are trying to add a general contractor to the TEAM we have. We do have a general we used on our last property and everything went pretty well. But we need to have more than 1 contractor if we are to be successful. For instance my current general is pretty busy and he won't be available for this house coming up. Like I mentioned, I have been a flooring contractor for 20 years and I know I can't have only one installer to depend on. I need to have other options. Just contact me to discuss further.
