We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for an apartment community located in Everett, WA. This is a full-time position and our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of apartment community experience. Responsible for the proper repair & upkeep of the apartments, buildings, common areas, completion of work orders and restoration of vacant units. Skills in the following areas desired: *Light Plumbing *Light Electrical *Painting *Appliance troubleshooting, repair & installation Rotating On Call Maintenance Emergency Phone (Required) 20% discount to live onsite.
