ProGrass Landscape Care & Design is seeking experienced individuals for the following positions to work out of our branch located in Woodinville, WA. We are a locally owned & operated Northwest based landscape company, established in 1978, servicing home & landscape needs in the Seattle area. Positions available: * Landscape Foreman * Landscape Service Representative * Commercial Account/Sales Representative We are currently scheduling interviews for Wednesday and Thursday of next week (2/10 & 2/11)! Landscape Foreman: - A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Foreman in Commercial Landscape Maintenance - Ability to effectively supervise our Spanish speaking crews - Ability to successfully lead and train crew members - Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and crew members - Horticultural knowledge, plant identification skills and irrigation knowledge is also required - Irrigation repair & troubleshoot experience - A valid insurable driver’s license with a clean driving record are required for this position. - Hourly Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 depending on experience Landscape Service Representative - We are seeking a detail-oriented self-starter, highly motivated individual - Preferred/Necessary Licensing: Applicants MUST have or be able to obtain an active WSDA Commercial Operator or Applicator Pesticide License, with at least the categories “Ornamental Insect and Disease”, “Ornamental Weed”, and "PCO General". - Perform landscape services, troubleshoot lawn and plant care needs. - Candidate needs to have or be able to obtain WSDA Washington Commercial Operator Pesticide License - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required - Ability to work outdoors and under physical conditions is required - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required by our insurance company - Pay range is $22-$25 depending on experience Commercial Account/Sales Representative -The position is responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, developing new business, as well as overall account management for the assigned geographic location, the Greater Seattle Area. - Represent the company to both existing and potential new clients. - Deliver exceptional customer service. - Professional demeanor and appearance. - Prospect and develop new, exciting business relationships. - Motivated by sales and driven to succeed. - Strong relationship building skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Provide client base with opportunities for additional services and enhancements for their properties. - Excellent organization and time management skills. - Ability to work independently. - Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and Word documents required. - Landscape industry experience or track record of successful account management. - Valid driver’s license with clean record is required by our insurance company. - Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required. - $60,000/year base salary, plus commissions To apply, please email your resume by replying to this ad.
