Job Description: Polar Bear Exterior Solutions is searching for siders of any experience level to join our team. We can put entire teams to work, place individuals depending on experience, or offer on the job training with veteran crews. Polar Bear promotes from within and rewards those that excel and embrace our culture. Must be a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude. Our team members must provide quality work to complete a variety of siding projects, and comply with job site safety and job site standards. Essential Functions: *Siding a variety of projects. Placement on a team depending on experience. *Must be able to work under lead or lead a team to get work done in an efficient manner. *Candidates must have willing-ness to learn knowledge of industry and safety practices. Required Skills: *Must have a valid driver’s license *Construction Experience Preferred *Basic hand tools required to complete tasks *Ability to work independently and with a group *Strong professional communication skills *Ability to work through conflict, complexities and problems to solve issues.
