We are looking to expand this year and looking for motivated and skilled people to join out teams and be a important part of a growing company. We are currently hiring installation crew members and leads. We operate out of Parker right now but are moving the office and yard to Castle Rock in 1 month. That is where we will be based out of and where team members will meet every morning at 7:30 am. Pay starts at $17 hour and go up depending experience and payroll is weekly. Winter hours are 40 per week and summer anywhere from 40-60 depending on jobs and willingness to work over time. This is a great opportunity to get in early and become a important part of a company that is small now but looking to be a large part of the industry in the future. Current benefits are paid holidays. But we will be adding sick and leave time as well as optional health care and 401k match. Text or email is best way to start the application process.
