40+ Hours Per Week / Weekend Work / Possible housing available Fagundes Farms is searching for a qualified Farm Worker to assist with upcoming planting/harvest season – including irrigating row crops and hay. Duties Include: • Operate farm equipment: tractors, swathers, cotton pickers, etc. • Operate GPS systems in equipment • Any other farm/tractor maintenance as needed per owner • Ensures machines and equipment are functioning properly Qualifications: • Person must be self-motivated, responsible, and dependable. • Must be able to work well on you own or as a team. • Must be able to work safely unsupervised. • Ability to meet physical requirements including ability to frequently lift 50 pounds and do a lot of walking, bending, etc. Requirements: • Weekend work required. • Work is primarily outdoors. • Punctual, dependable, reliable, trustworthy, flexible, good communicator Compensation: $14-$16/hr + housing, if available.
