Position: Part-time Courtesy Patrol/Community Representative Community: Occidental Job Requisition: 21-00275 FPI Management is currently looking for a Part-time Courtesy Patrol/Community Representative to join our team! POSITION SUMMARY The Courtesy Patrol/Community Representative is the community's representative whose primary duties are to patrol the property by foot and vehicle to provide the greatest visible presence on the property and the utmost in professional customer service. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS for consideration: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management. Experience in hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, landscaping/grounds maintenance or janitorial services will also be considered. High School Diploma or equivalency certificate required. Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance, and an operable vehicle (NOTICE: If driving is required for the position, a status check and driving record search will be conducted, post-offer).
